Thank you for your order! Please allow at least 2-4 business days before your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS / USPS tracking number on it. The confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used while making your purchase.

Unfortunately we can not change your order after it is placed. However, we can cancel your order so you can order the correct item or we can exchange it after it has shipped.

Products ordered from another country, may be required to pay customs. We cannot declare your item as a gift, it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We are only able to accept returns and/or exchanges on bags purchased directly through the Okkatots website.

All international purchases are final. International orders will be subject to duties and/or taxes, and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
